what kind of performance do you expect? How many KV is the motor? How large is the motor and how is it cooled?
Necessary for determining maximum power you can put into it, at what voltage and what current.
Or even better, all the technical specs for the motor.
How many amps is the regulator? How many cells can the regulator take?
Is the boat using surface or submerged drive?

actually, dont even run it, 3 blade prop is bound to fry esc, use 2 blade prop and 2s lipo 7.2v around 5000mah

a 3 blad prop of the correct size will not burn a esc.. the one listed is only 35mm
