Not to bright running the boat so close to someone in the inflatable boat..Good way to damage the inflatable and possibly hurt someone.....

Plug in brain before plugging in batteries...

I second that.

Do you know that those controls are proportional? You can ease into the turns, it's not all or nothing.

See another of their videos - even more dangerous: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXT_f...eature=related

RC boats seem very safe until someone gets hurt by one - a model weighing a few punds travelling at 30mph can do a lot of damage to a person or inflatable boat - it's a really bad idea to drive close to anyone in the water.

Ouch, talk about some stress on your hull/servo/rudder/stinger/motor/batteries/radio wheel spring!

If you "plug in the brain befre you do anything at all", I guess you find that absolutely everything is dangerous to a more or less degree.
So if you want to live any life at all, plug OUT the safety-obsessed brain, and go have fun =)

We don't support the nanny-state, do we?

well he do.we like to live hard and on the edge. Like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbbhaeOt9EQ

And I must say, the bloke in the boat look well built and could take a punch or two. take a look at this vide, and I must say the boat is safe as safe can be :-)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ep1l0fKz4g

So I must agree here, a little fun must be alowed. And before you bash me for not beeing safty, I always like to fly my trex 500 alone, so I don't hurt nobody. I drive my boat in the evening when noby is arround taking a swim ,I charge my lipos the safe way and I eat fruit twice a day.
Thank you and good night.

Agree with Sollie, Risk is overrated.

Heli pilots told me I would die instantly if i got a carbon rotor blade to my head at full speed. "Like a rifle bullet they said".
It happened to me twice now, cuts and bruises were the result both time. Wich stained my shirt as I was flying yet another time.
Thats it.

Teacher at driving school told me that if I ever were to crash a motorbike at highway speed, I would get serious injuries at best, probably die.
Done that too, without a scratch.

However, what they didn't tell me is that the majority of deaths happens at peoples home, in their living room!
Why are they all dying in their living room? Too afraid to go out and take "risks"?
Sounds like a agonizing and boring way to die, for me.
Better to fly through the pearly gates on a motorbike, backwards while on fire.

Statistics tells that in 9 out of 10 life threatening situations, you will escape unharmed. So I still got a few shots left, before the statistics is against me.

Sounds to me you've just had some luck on your side with those incidents. However, I do agree that being too safe is lame, I didn't see anything wrong with the guy driving his boat like that, except it was just hard to watch someone be so hard on something.

some one needs to dial out their epa. Looks like that stresses the hull a lot too. Have to say i was expecting some pretty looking cornering, all that was was some jerking the boat about, Looked like super slow cornering to me.

Same here, I was thinking they were cornering at like 65mph or something, that just looked like a fish thrashing out of water. I can't bring myself to ever be that hard on my stuff.
