Default why the rule of Hydro1 is 5 minutes,Mono1 is 6 Minutes?

Today ,A Boater asked me why the rule of Hydro1 is 5 minutes,Mono1 is 6 Minutes?It suprised me ,Because I never think of it ,Just I know NAVIGA rules say like that.Do you know WHY? Can you share with me?

Just a guess, hydros are significantly faster tha monos

And hydros carry a little less battery capacity and sometimes draw more power= less run times

There is no such rule.
runtimes come from setup. Monos can suck up more amps than hydros
