Angry Seaking 130A-HV Marine ESC

My Joysway Wildcat has had speed-problems since I bought it . Long story short: I have tried to install the 130A-HV from Seaking (Insted of the 120A, which I suspect is the problem).

I have soldered on the plugs, and installed it as discribed.

Last step; when connecting the battery pack, the "- - - " indication is lost, no numbers is shown.

Since the 134A-HV has no built in BEC, I have installed a Hobbywing UBEC 10A / 20A.

Power to the programming card has ben taken from the UBEC. (Have also tried a seperate battery to suply the progr. card with 6V)

Should I buy another Seaking 130A..., or what??

Hope for som feedback/ suggestion.
