The motor is totally unsuited for your .20-sized boats. The Kv is far too high, and the amp rating of the ESC won’t last thirty seconds with that motor - but it might work with a reasonable motor.

An excellent motor for your applications is the ProBoat 3650/1800Kv offering. You could spend less for a HobbyKing motor with the same specs, but the ProBoat motor is well proven. Running on 4S packs with at least 5000 mAh of capacity it will spin props from x440 to m445. The ESC might work if the boat is set up pretty loose.

Gonna be tough getting a 4S 5000 pack in that hull along with motor, ESC and rxcr. I have a BBY 20" off shore and have a Feigao FG5408408 motor/4761KV and will use a 2S pack for it. The motor was originally bought for an out rigger hydro from plans that was published in RC Boat Modeler magazine, that I never finished. For prop I have an Octura X445 and Grim Racer 42X55.
I would advise getting with the people at Off Shore Electrics . They also have a great forum for fast electric boating. RC Boats by Offshore Electrics

I run 5000mAh packs in both my 21” Crackerbox and JAE21 outrigger. Plenty of room. Without knowing the OP’s hulls well it is hard to say.
