Here's my First Airboat project. The Graupner "Fluppi" E.P. airboat.
Tested to run on hard snow/ice and just last week on water.

Hey, how do you like the fluppi? Is it fast? I have always wanted one, but could never find one.

What I liked about this airboat is the unusual hull design. Not the typical flat bottom or the exotic hydro hull available out there.
You can find one of these usually sold at those Ebay auctions. I saw a number of these kits sold at ebay Germany a few months ago.
Here's a view of it's tri-hull.

Wow, that's too cool. There's one in the for sale section here for 66 bux, but I just bought a new boat last week. Didnt they come with a four blade prop though?

Used a 6 X 6 Graupner 2 blade "cam prop" instead.

That Joker is sweet! I love a boat that is a little different from the crowd. I'll bet that thing looks awesome cruising around the pond! Did you build that yourself? I really like it.

My electrified Dumas HOT SHOT.
LRP Vampire 8x2 motor - water cooled.
PC Series No Limit ESC.
Intellect 3600 8.4v or Sanyo 3800 7.2v.
Air cooled the ESC with a fan from a computer, runs off a switched 9v battery.
