Default GE power lipo's

Hi All,

Just a general question about lipo's.

Does anybody know the website of GE Power RC Pack lipo's ? I can't seem to find it on the internet. Only a few Ebay sellers that sell some packs but not the one's I'm looking for.

Or a webshop that sells these maybe ? I'm looking for a 5000mAh 2S pack.

I saw those as well, my concern is the 25C rating for the price. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is. Spend to extra money on a quality pack and you will be happier and safer in the long run. LiPos can explode and burn (witnessed first hand)

As a matter of fact , I already use these packs with great result. These cells are top quality , they really are. I have 4 of these now and I would like to get a few more for some friends , but now I can't find them anymore on the web. The ones I have now are sent to me by a Chinese friend but I don't want to bother him with this all the time.

A website anyone ? They don't seem to have an official website at all. Can't find it on Google either.

These packs have Align balance plugs fitted by the way.

Top Quality in comparison to what?

If I took my 4900mAh 25C Flight Power cells and compared them against these cells which would perform better? Would there be more or less heat in these GE cells?

I see a lot of those e-bay type generic packs on the web (and e-bay) They are very cheap and all look identical. I wouldn't be surprised if all came from the same factory and assembler. Try rc smart , they may be identical.

Exactly , in comparison with Flightpower ( I even have a pre-production Marinepower 2S 5450mAh lipo : http://www.flightpower.co.uk ) Don't get me wrong because Flightpower/Marinepower is really good . I'm close to the Flightpower owner who is a friend of mine. Only a 2S 25C 5000 Flightpower pack is close to 3 times more expensive compared to GE Power.

The GE's seem to be almost as good as the Flightpower lipo's at 1/3 of the price so YES they are good. GE has proven itself good enough to race at high level competition. I will not get into this to deep , I was just looking for a web site that sells these packs.

Thanks.
David.

I also use these battery packs (25C 7.4V 1800mah) for my mini T.
There excellent and very cheap! They don't get a bit hot.

That's great ! I've used my GE packs in my 4S mono this weekend and I can't say enough good things about them really. I wire 2 x 2S 5000 25C in series for my mono and they give me over 6 minutes of runtime at a killer pace . After the run I opened up my boat and the lipo's were still close to cold !!! Now if I could only find a shop that sells these packs [&:]

This is my 29" 4S mono

It's really very good batteries! I have 3 packs of the [link=http://www.rchobbyshop.co.cc/product_info.php/products_id/395/language/en/GE_POWER_11_1V_2200mAh_30C_Battery.html]GE POWER 11.1V 2200mAh 30C Battery[/link]. But, I hear about Air Thunder is better.

I bought my [link=http://www.rchobbyshop.co.cc/index.php/cPath/81/language/en/Battery.html]GE Power[/link] packs on [link=http://www.rchobbyshop.co.cc/]RC Hobby Shop[/link].

Hi,

I find one iMax B6 (US$39.43) to charge two 3S 11.1v lipo battery at same time:
http://www.helibrasil.com/product_in...roducts_id/338

So, you can charge and balance 2 x 11.1v 5000mah (3S2P) batteries at same time in one hour.

They have Worldwide Shipping for US$17.81!

One lipo charger for $57.24 shipped.

Thanks
