That rudder looks like it had a previous life as a knife blade... Sushi, anyone?
Keep up the good work!

It is possible. I know JAGS had used knife blades on some of his riggers to set SAW records.
Beautiful work Serge. 1st Class.[sm=thumbup.gif]

one motor overheated and demagnetized. 4mm bullet connectors between ESC and motors are too weak. They are overheated and shorted.

Sorry to hear your loss. What connectors are you planing to use in the future then?
Also wanted to ask what are the parameters of you ESC? How many Volts and Amperes can it handle?
I like the watercooling block in the middle, very nice!

I want to find not banana-style connectors.
Something like that but 4 mm size
http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=4136&Product_Name=Gold_P lated_Spring_Connector_3.5mm_(10pair/20pc)
Exactly this ESC can handle up to 150 A continuous and 7S Li-Po.
But using IRF1405ZS-7P you can make 200A and 15S Li-Po with the proper capacitors.
Please note that PCB for the FETs is 0.5mm thickness and used for thermal transfer.
The water cooled block has water channels inside under each FET for better cooling.

RE: 32' cat twin powered
Just use 5.5mm and be done Serge, forget 4mm, not good in my books.
I think they used to sell that same connector in 4mm, but, I don;t see it now???
Just use 5.5mm... and some $25 typhoon motors
I know my Arc's won't demagnetize...

RE: 32' cat twin powered
Hi Ray!
I`ve find them http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXTJH8&P=ML
But I also think about 5.5 mm
The rotors are magnetized again! So I will make accurate measuring of drive system and then second run.
One motor has an idle current double high, about 4A.
do you suggest outrunner?

No really for this applicatiin but, they work very nicely on 4S 40C 4000's. Jeff Wolt got about 50 mph out of it I think, twins of course. I think it was Jeff?
