Turnigy USB linker

Just got one today with a 90a esc. Can't get it to work. Only get a red light on the interface and the software times out when you click the connect device button.?.

Any ideas?

Got it to work....USB driver and comm port issue. Nothing is easy these days....where did I put that Easy button?
