What should i get?
So ive been toying with the idea of getting a boat for a year or two. My water conditions are ROUGH probably. I want electric and to be under $250 probably. This year we got a dock to put our 1:1 boat on, so ill be by the lake alot, plus have a pond near by.
The lake is a little rough and the pond is probably just as rough. I want ELECTRIC and i want it to be under 250 RTR. id prefer for it to be watertight..

RE: What should i get?
when you say RTR, is that with batteries to?
how big is the chop?
I think you will end up getting used for something that can handle rough water and be under $250

You would be best with something that has a float chamber and you are asking allot for $250 unless you build it yourself.
There is a boat called a MOLGI, sold out of China through Tough Racing. This is a very fun boat to jump waves with etc...
Do a search in here you may find it...

Thesde are quality hulls that are fun in waves and do self right themselves. You have to follow instructions on building to get that right.
They have a larger hull too but more $$$...

RE: What should i get?
Have you looked into the new Proboat Shockwave 26 brushless?
It can run Lipos right out of the box, has 2.4ghz radio, and should handle rougher water just as well as a Villain.
I have one and although I am gone on vacation right now and was only able to use it through 2 batteries before I left, it seems like a quick solid boat (on Lipos it should be quicker yet) and it only costs $240.
Just another option for you
