You can try to add a new cap but, most likely its dead.

What was the set up or situation when it went out? It is hard to tell from the pic, but does anything other than the cap. look damaged on the ESC? Looks to the the stock aquacraft supervee esc, right?

set up was turnigy 36-50-06 2300 kv motor, stock sv esc, on 4s and i had a x440 on there, had been running with x437 and it was a little warm, tried the x440 one day and it made it through the run, maybe i didn't let it cool enough in between runs on this day. was about3-4 min in when it stopped and i saw the magic blue smoke puff out. was pretty damn fast up until then though, now i'm running the stock motor on 5s.

You could just try any brand cap to see if it works. Just try to get 470uF 25vdc or so to test. If it powers up, great, maybe get a cap or 2 from Kintec Racing. If not, she is dead.

Just solder the electrolitic cap closest to the esc, + to Pos. - to Neg.
