So these day i have been working on the cat today. I have glued the tunnel parts and ready to put the tunnel in but 2 questions how do you know if the two stingers are parallel straight and i have 1/8 inch balsa for the tunnel do i have to make the tunnel 1/32inch like the rest of the skin or can i have the tunnel 1/8 and the rest of the skin 1/32?

Today i put the little 4x4s ontop now im doing the bottom ones so tomorrow i can put the balsa skin it`s going to be 1\32 birch ply over 1/8 balsa. any questions or advise appreciated.

Thank you.Today i have skind the bottom with 1/8 balsa wood tomorrow in going to do the sides and sad every thing so i can put the second layer of birch ply 1/32 inch on top but im almost out of super glue so well see how far i get.

I got to finish one side before i ran out of super glue so one of these days i stop by somewere and pick some up.

this morning i got 3 super glue so i don`t run out ay more ad i finished the last side all i have to do know before i put the next layer of birch ply is sand it .Any suggestions on what glue to use.

So i figured it is fresh water lake cause it was hand made dum me to ask that ok so today i finished doing the last layer of ply. Tomorow i have to sand it. i want to figure out what im going to buy to run so i can start to buy things first is the hardware is this hardware going to work http://cgi.ebay.com/Rudder-strut-1-4...item1e59052457 with that flex cable?

set up i have been asking acouple of people around the fourm and this is what they and i think will get me 60+ mph this is what they and i think is needed

motor: red leopard bm-5692 1340kv brushless motor
esc: Turnigy Marine 180A Brushless Boat ESC
batts 6s any suggetions on anything or advice is welcome.

i have put the last layer on the skin now all i have to do before i coat the inside to water proof is put the tunnel skin of ply and do a hole lot of sanding.

Ok guys im starting to get back to work on this beast sence school is is coming to an end , ok now that i look at the boat to see what i have to finish i start to wounder if this peace in the pic is going to affect drag and if i cut it off the boat is going to sit in the water to deep

Ok guys like i said last post im staring to work on this beast,i have put another coat of that polycrylic to water proof the inside ,and went to lowes and got pipe insulation foam ,so i can finish the inside and start to skin the top..

That little piece should do nothing to hurt the handling of the boat. My at stregnth. You can always remove it later.

Can i use Bulls Eye Clear Shellac to seal the out side of the hull??

 set up TPpower 4050(4082) 1610kv,hobbywing 180amp esc, 2 3`s ran in series for 6`s,x445(to start).
