Looks, sleek. Really like the cut down sides. Good job!

Will they be racing this year?

rcguy, hi,
What is the implication of 'moving to the other side of the pond'. Does it mean a designer /builder can make some living there ?
Earning some money doing what you enjoy doing is something. Won't mind doing that for a change of scenery while enjoying boat designing and building and racing. LOL

Cheers.

Thanks Matt, think quite a few people are going to be surprised when more of these hit the water.Got an email that a customers Apache did 59 mph the other day[X(] so if my Apache hulls can do 59.5 mph im expecting much more from this one with the handling to match.Heres another one i did earlier .

Hi Daz no this one was made to order its just glass but i used black resin for the layup for a nice look on the inside as well as out, does have that carbon look though and i bet many think it is when they see it lol.The carbon one will be something really special i hope once we sort out the details of the layout for the top as it will be a mix of coloured gel and carbon.

Hi Gaz good to see you here and thanks lol.
Cheers Randy yea the black resin used worked nice, problem with using black gelcoat is when you lay the glass in the hull if you use clear resin it gives a dull grey colour effect on the inside .So as i wanted to keep it looking nice and he didnt want carbon in the hull i used black resin ,think it did the trick. It actually came out looking like carbon though haha .

I think it looks great ....... nice work Mart ........ wish more guys would work with black ........ I'm trying to talk Ernest (MHZ) into doing a black CT03 for me - if not guess I'll try a CTO4 from Hans

Figured I'd try something for a 'keeper' this year

Have you seen Wayne news Titus run? What did you think??

Hi Randy havent spoken to Wayne in months, keep meaning to email him but you know how it is.Will have to catch up with him soon though, havent seen the titus to be honest.
I dont understand why people wont work with black,if the moulds are good then its easy enough to work with, ive made 4 black hulls now plus a few with black decks and they all came out great.Id rather work with black than yellow any day, yellow is one of the worst colours to work with in my experience.
