Yeah, you should have waited before going nuts with the drill.
The turn fins should be 90 degrees to the bottom of the hull, they've got way too much angle on them.
The trim tabs need to be about 1/8" up from the bottom, not even with it.
Pictures 1 and 2 are the same as 3 and 4.
Center of gravity at 33% forward of the transom with everything on board except fuel.
Don't forget about floatation material! I just got back from Dollar General and they've got it in already, $1.00 each and in bright green to match your deck.

Also I can't tell in the photo's but the stuffing tube needs to have a slight bend in it .

Let's see if I can show you in a picture.
It's an old boat of mine but it's mainly to show you the angle of the turn fin. Note the position also as it's a little further in than yours also.

Yeah, I hate that myself!
I'm trying to get better at drilling holes in the right places the first time as I always seem to get at least one off somewhere, usually the strut or rudder mount holes. The scariest one always yet still seems to be the first one in a new hull. I'm doing pretty well so far on the one that I'm stabbing with the drill this time.

Use it for the engine and the rudder pickup for the exhaust, that is how I have set up on my 47"mono.

Cheers

The turn fins can go higher but you have them in the right places now.
Just use the dual pickup rudder as you shouldn't need the transom mounted one like on your other boat.
I can't see what sizes that you have for props but I'm doubting that you'll be needing the 4-blade but who knows until you try it.

You shouldn't need that extra water pickup as you'll already have enough with the dual pickup rudder,

Yes you can. Run one exit line to the exhaust flange then the other to the pipe then out of the boat.
If you try to run in cold weather you can go almost backwards to pre-heat the water to the jacket to help reach operating temperature.

Watch what silicone that you use if you need it. Shoe-Goo does a good job in most cases. Stay away from any with an ammonia smell.
Most nuts, bolts and washers that come with hardware kits are stainless steel so they shouldn't need anything to protect them unless you're going to run in saltwater.
If you don't have a Dollar General store nearby, Wal-mart carries them in a variety of diameters and colors but we're both in seasonal areas so they may not have them in stock yet. I was surprised ot find out that Dollar General had them in stock already but I saw Hula-Hoops in the front window so I asked someone if they had pool noodles in yet. I use them also on my PVC boat stands and sometimes when using bungee cords to help protect the paint or gel-coat when strapping the boats down to the stands.
