Default Here's a little something I whipped up in my garage last week

I was bored last week so I made a new rudder and standoff for my gas mono. Please tell me what you think. Should I make it a production item?

Looks a little on the heavy and bulky side to me, I know you can do better than that

You're right. It's a little on the heavy side, it weighs 8.3 ounces, but if your boat is set up right, that little bit of extra weight won't be a problem.

I made a total of 40 rudder assemblies when I made the one in the picture. The ones I made are for a gas mono and weigh 8.3 ounces on a postal scale.

Price is $65.00, and I'll make them any length you want. Absolutely any length. I'll make one piece or a production run.

I like it and am not terribly concearned about the weight but would prefer dual water pickups.
