It can depend on the hull. Some you can mount it off to the right side over the CG or in front of the engine. There's a hundred ways to mount a bag so pick a favorite. Some place them so that the fittings are just under the recoil or just ahead.
It helps to have the bag raised some at the bow to help keep any air that gets in there so it doesn't get into the fuel line. I've used zip-ties run through the motor rails (usually you'd need 2 of them to make a loop) then zip-tie the bag to those. Some square stock epoxied between the rails then zip-tie the bag to that. You can buy fancy IV bag holders if you want to drop the cash but I'm cheap. There are also IV bag trays thaat you can adhere in place.
With a Cat hull I've used a nylon nut & bolt to attach it to a bulkhead or cut out a pool noodle over the CG and zip-tied the bag to that. Yeah, I use a lot of zip-ties!

Zip ties are like duct tape . you can always use more. I just havnt figured out how to use zip ties on the G/F . duct tape works great though !

Default fuel bag

Just go purchase a piece of piano wire and make your own IV bag holder.
