Nothing wrong with air cooled motors, weed eater motors are ment to be operated in the heat of day and they certainly do not have outside airflow on them, there built in cooling fans work great. as long as your model has good air in and good air out. the problem comes in when they get modified and operate at a higher more heat producing RPM is when water cooling is needed. We have had a lot of customers use stock Homelites in our 57" fly bride, the one pictured is a 25cc and we did water cool it and make a exhaust just to get the fumes out but nothing was done to add performance.

So , expresscraft
Glad for your participation
This is my first boat with gasoline engine
Has no clutch, but I am very satisfied, propeller 70mm
've Used around 10 tanks and the operation is perfect.
Many said they had to do water cooling.
Just in case, I I directed the air intake for the fan, and therefore, I believe that will increase the useful life of the engine.

Your boat looks and runs great, I would not change anything, unless you just want to work on your boat instead of watching TV.We ran boats for years without water cooling even our cheeta had big air scoops for the aircooled boats that where run at the time. On this whit boat you can not really see the big scoops but they are there.we still make a lot of these hulls. I have better pictures on our web site www.expresscraft.com
