Ya I have a few hundred miles on the drone and not an issue. Some crazy people out there making stories up on videos like this drone almost killed me. Yet you can see in the footage they were well away from it. The internet and its whiners and complainers.

Thanks, I tried the Seahawk out in the snow the other day, didn't work at all as it just sits on top fully. The yellow boat on the other hand does go down and works as long as you give it a little boost to get it going initially. Can't let a little snow stop me from using them.

Took it out in the snow ? Lol. So your at 29% CG ? You ever balance it on a beam ? So your prob like 15-16 inches from transom to plug centerline .

Tom my hawk has been built for the last 8 months or so and is running 62mph with a 30.5 ESP piston port ( ESP is now sponsoring me ) I'll be running case reeds along with piston ports in my riggers, cats and mono. My Seahawk is the first mold I believe it's not carbon fiber , I built a bulkhead mid ship which really stiffened up the hull . I'm running a 2714 chopper , single rudder with stinger drive (speed master). The boat is extremely fast for its size and handles rough water like nothing . Wish you would start making hulls again

We are making boats Again, check out the thread expresscarft is back, We have a few boats in the build process right now. Very cool you got some sponsorship, we need to get as much things going as we can to grow the hobby of model boating. You will see from some of the build pictures our boats are backed with carbon on the deck ,hull and hatch, both for looks and the power of today's motors, Fiberglass works fine, but the carbon fiber looks better and is better. The built boat is the Apache for the guy that I was talking about the trailer, we are already doing another one of those, just finishing a C-54 and a hydro is also on the build table.
