You really need to ask this in the "For Sale" area.
As far as those boats go, you would be better off buying a hull from some place like R/C Boat Company or get a set of plans and build it yourself. The Pro Boat hydros were not the greatest of boats as they weren't well designed or balanced. Most had to make major changes just to get the boats to even run.
Now, with all that said, time to ask you a few questions:
1) Do you plan to race or just have the boat to "fun run"?
2) Are you looking at buying a boat that runs on gas or will a nitro powered boat also work?
3) Does it have to be that particular style of boat or would any scale like design of hydroplane work?

thanks, ill move the ad
ive owned both before, really liked the Formula better due to the clutch and water pump, but either will do
i live on a lake so ive owned/still have nitro and HS electrics now, just want to complete the "herd" with a gas boat!
1) for fun
2) gas
3) any 1/8 hydro will work

If you don't mind going a bit larger, R/C Boat Company has epoxy/glass gas scale boats that may fit the bill. Unlike the Pro Boat hulls, these are made to take a gas engine rather than a 1/8th scale boat with a gas engine shoe horned in with a few changes to make it work. R/C Boat also has all the parts you would need to make it run
