Default RIO 51 After Exhaust Repair w/new rudder

Here she is with a speed master rudder with dual pick ups. So there are 3 total water pick ups. The stock one goes to the piston. Then from the rudder to header, then from rudder to pipe. I re-welded the header and can't wait for her to be back in the water. Also added some nice vinyl stickers.

Run the water line from the cooling cap to the lower outlet of the header cooler and then out from the top... this will help circulation around the o-rings.

My boat has 3 pickups. So now the 3 points will have fresh cool water and not warm water from the cap. It should definetly help with preserving my o rings and keep heat to a minimum.

I beleive gas lines with the larger inside diameter are more durable and more resistant to oil and fuel and heat. Of course it looks good to.....lol....thanx.

Gas lines like Tygon are typically made of PVC plastic and want take much heat before they melt, be careful so they dont get soft and fall of. I would use silicone lines for cooling, they dont like oil and gasoline, but atleast they wont melt.

Ditto that and also you need big bore silicone i used 4 mm int diam tubing ,tygon is a bit smaller diam i believe 3.8 mm also tygon wont take heat it will melt. Also i use small zip ties over the tubing on the nipples as extra insurance so if they get soft they wont fall off.
