RIO 51 After Exhaust Repair w/new rudder
Here she is with a speed master rudder with dual pick ups. So there are 3 total water pick ups. The stock one goes to the piston. Then from the rudder to header, then from rudder to pipe. I re-welded the header and can't wait for her to be back in the water. Also added some nice vinyl stickers.

Run the water line from the cooling cap to the lower outlet of the header cooler and then out from the top... this will help circulation around the o-rings.

Gas lines like Tygon are typically made of PVC plastic and want take much heat before they melt, be careful so they dont get soft and fall of. I would use silicone lines for cooling, they dont like oil and gasoline, but atleast they wont melt.
