Sorry, didn't mean to sound negative. jmho. My set up is more overpowered than yours anyway so I guess I shouldn't be talking

You would be correct, my drag cat is not dialed in yet, BUT 7 HP in a 12 pound boat ?? It's going to flip or stuff at some point, I don't care who's driving or what the set up is

Any video yet?

well ran the rio a few weeks ago it ran good and was pretty damn fast no gps and video but the boys saw it run just ask mauian....i had to leave early so i took the motor out and gave it to mauian

Cant thank you enough bro, but you know that new QD is on its way and gonna go from me too you unopened. Yes the RIO flew like a bat outa hell, was definitly a sight to see.

Can I get a witness....Yup, in me. Tunda's Rio with the QD was a site to see-something not only a Rio owner like me would appreciate.

Any chance of running it again soon to get some pics? How was the setup? Did you have to do much moving of the stinger and TTabs to keep it in the water. I would imagine with all that power it would be pretty loose.

That cool let it rip!! You may want to try a prather 275 with the toung cut back should put you close or in the 60mph zone. I have the same set up in a AM XXX really hauls the mail..
