I live over in Lakeland. Where are you running in Lake Wales? Are you running a Silex? It would be good if some of us from over here could find a few more places to run and a few more folks to run with. We have gas and nitro boats. Maybe we can all hook up some time.

yes i have the new silex also have a few proboat nitros and a cat that my son and I are running we are just now getting back into boating we are running in lake wales lake at the boat ramp. good lake nice beach.

thats half the reason why I just moved from NY I actually thought I would find WAY more people here to run with but it looks like everyone is at least an hour away. I cant even find anyone close by to go scale rock crawling. And the weather has been awesome everyday since I moved here 3 weeks ago. If I were still in NY, I would be hibernating!!

Johnny check out Namba3.net. Its the local Namba web site.You will find a listing of all local clubs and events. There are quite a few people in the Tampa area running boats. I'm sure you can find info and people to run with.
