RE: Zenoah 26 Hard to pull
Your engine is possibly flooded withfuel.
-Remove the plug and hold the boat inverted then tug on the pull start cord about 5 times then re-install the plug tight but do not over tighten.
-Close the choke and prime the carb once.
-Pull the starter cord a couple of times until you hear a pop.
-Open the choke and pull the pull starter until the engine runs.
Your engine should run if the needles are set right.

RE: Zenoah 26 Hard to pull
You can loosen the spark plug just enough to lower the compression to get it cranked and then stop the engine, tighten the plug and restart.
Something's up if your pulling the rope 20 times to start it. Like viper said it's probably flooded, but also make sure the butterfly is open. I had a horrible time starting an engine once only to realize I had my radio throttle set up wrong and it was killing the engine[:@]
When I start my engines, I choke mine by putting my thumb over the carb and pull the rope a couple times til the engine pops. It should then fire on the 2nd or 3rd pull.
You'll get it, we've all been there
