RE: DaVette SS mono video
Dana, have you made any changes to hull? I owned one of your older ss' for a bit and it was a drivers boat indeed. How much for a hull and canopy, no fancy paint?
I was sad when I let this go, but at least it went back to a previous owner

RE: DaVette SS mono video
I picked up a SS mono a few months back. Looks to be a well made hull. What CG do you recommend? I will be running a stock 25cc RCMK to start with. During your testing what hardware have you found to work the best? From the looks of your video, its a well handling boat. Thanks for any info.

I'm not making the DaVette SS shallow v any longer . In fact I got rid of the molds . I designed a whole new line of boats that I'm going to stay with .

I have the Zenoah installed 13" from the center of the spark plug to the transom . That puts the CG at 13" from the transom . I'm using the RD-1 drive from Warehouse Hobbies . You do not want to use the XP-2 on this hull because it makes turning to touchy . I found the XP-2 makes the boat want to spin out in the corners .
