Warehouse Hobbies Enforcer Isopad Question
I have been trying to reseal the isopad into my enforcer and I can't get it to stick with 100% silicon or shoegoo. What is the best stuff to glue the pad down that will set up quick???

First of all, did you prep the bond area on the hull AND the iso-pad? Use a rag with acetone and scrub the contact areas. Further, you can scuff with sandpaper the seating area on the hull to promote a better adhesion. I'm guessing if you're "re-sticking" the pad, you probably have oil and grease in that area.
I personally have installed 8 of these pads and have very good results using RTV water pump sealant....the orange stinky stuff used for full size vehicles. Never a failure yet. Let it set overnight.

GE Silicone II XST
Sand the area that you are putting the iso pad on
then wipe with acetone very good
then glue the pad in place with this stuff it is amazing!
