The S6 drives are no longer shown on the German site - been off their site for some time.

Curious as to what the turbine guys in europe have been using as I have seen several running stern drives.

Correct me if I am wrong but the smaller "Z" drive and S6 drive have the same internal gearing and bearings so I am curious as to why it will not work with your project.

I would recommend contacting Ernest directly as the local distributor may not be much help.

MHz told me this week that the z drive where different set up . and would not hold up ??? i thought so to , so I'm confused .. i know you have a lot of them can you tell what the difference is .. the only one i have is a old model that i used for a outboard project years ago . lol you know me i would use my old AMPS speedmaster drive's if they would hold up , also ,Ernest is in the us or germany ? thanks

Ernest is in Germany - it is his company so he should be able to give you accurate answers on availability of the drives, ability to handle turbines, and differences between the drives.

His English is not fantastic but he is fluent.

I was looking at that myself - it is sad to say but it drew my attention almost as much as the other two drives - Maybe I just see stern drives every day but nothing in blue
