Hey mate your build looks sweet. The "pipe length" everyone is telling you to shorten is th distance between the center of the pipe (the biggest part) and the exhaust port. This is where the "tuned" part of the pipe comes in, it is a tuned length of the pipe, and the distance should start at around 12 - 12.5"?? and can be tuned from there. You won't get the performance you want with the pipe where it is. I've pm'd you a link to a great article on pipes (can we post these links on here??)

Thanks for the help guys I will check that stuff out. By the way I just got my prop balancer and hitec 755 steering servo in the mail. Pics of my work today will follow.

Good, I think my build thread on Jims is a bit more up to date. Isharpened and balanced my prop as good as I could get it and set up my radio box. Pretty much everything is done Ijust have to do the final linkage adjustments. I can't run the boat untill the pushrod seal mounts and seals from Redline come in. They shipped out today. Iwill keep you updated better
