Dear all:
Need your advis!Which gas hydro is fastest? Insane G4 or Whiplash GV or Seaducer Hydro? Whish one has better quality or new design? Base on QD 25HT engine!

I would say it depends on the day, the conditions, the motor, the weather, the driver, the setup, and last but not least, luck.

I have one Whiplash Gv and a Insane G4.

Regarding quality - its the same Hi Q.[sm=thumbs_up.gif]

The Whip GV was built this summer, and its realy easy to setup, drive, And FAST.[sm=tongue_smile.gif]

My Insane G4 is not built yet (got it yesterday), have a QD25HT in it,
The engine compartment is a bit narrow. My Whiplash Gv has a tiny bit more space.

I am wondering you just got a Insane G4. This is a highlight boat in my mind but lowlight boat in market.(just new released boat) Your attachments are very beautiful and useful for me. I am expecting you finish the boat work ASAP. If yes, please attach more pictures and video when you complete it. Thanks a lot!

I Live in the northern parts of Sweden and the lakes is frozen until May. []

Why not build a wood Whiplash? Lighter and power to weight ratio.....

Adding some comments.

I Dont know about Insane G4 speed and handling, so I just bougth the G4 to get my own impression if ther is some diff between the G4 and a GV. Like I said, my GV is in my opinion a good hull to drive and I like it a lot. So if you want to stay "on the safe side", the Whip is my first choice. The G4 has taken "some scalps", so its at least competetitive, time will tell i guess.

One more video, from when we did some "photgrap runs" on my Gv,Running a RCMK S254 (my mod) sounds fast, BUT i have a lot more speed "whith the silet" QD25HT.
Its rather windy day, so I run it a bit wet, to be on the safe side.

And like "gtopillado say", if you like to build a wood hull, the Whip is a good choise and I guess cheaper shipping, the G4 shipping was $180 USA - Sweden, dont remember the GV shipping cost but about the same $.

So now its up to You to decide...... G4, GV, wood, Or.....[sm=spinnyeyes.gif]

Actually, Whiplash GV is my first choice 2 months ago. I saw its speedy and stability on the water. After I saw the home page of Seaducer boat, it said the current speed record is come from Seaducer gas hydro(93MPH), and the hull is made by carbon/kevlar, especially support beautiful painting with cheap price. I change my mind to gegard it as my 1st choice. Till Insane G4 was released in market, I highlight this hull! But the material/painting/overview are still weaker than Seaducer(I think). But I believe Insane G4 may get a very good speed record from his hull design!!!
As to wooden Whiplash, never consider it because of too many hull building(the more job, the more mistake happen) and difficult to get same wooden materials in Taiwan when damage to repair!
It's strange, no input for Seaducer hydro!!! It leads me to worry about my choice is right or not!
