prop sugestion help? for K&B 7.5 outboard
I have a 7.5 K&B on an old 35" Dumas Hot Shot (I think?) tunnel hull. Who is the prop expert that can tell me what I should use on this? If you can give me different styles and makes with part numbers and descriptions that would be great since my hobby shop knows nothing about boats and has a great big box with all sorts of mixed up parts in it and I have to guess what’s what. Thanks!

Ron, Thanks for the info. Which one did you prefer? Also; why 2 blade or 3 blade? in the old days on actual size boats we used 3 blade for more torque and 2 blade for more speed, does this apply for RC boats?

Great info, Thanks
I'm not a tunnel guy but on a Hydro On slick water I prefer a 2 blade to let the bow run a little higher and looser so there is less surface area contacting the water, slick water creates more drag, in Choppy or Windy conditions I prefer a 3 blade to keep the bow down so there is less chance of a blow over going into the wind and it lets the boat ride more on top of the chop and cut through it with the sponsons, where a 2 blade lets the transom ride lower and causes more Bounce in Choppy conditions. No 1 prop will give you the best performance in all conditions on ANY Boat.
Hot or Humid days your engine will produce Less Power so an Aggressive or Big prop that works well on a Cool\Dry day may not let the engine get On Pipe on Hot\Humid Days, and a 3 blade prop that Lets you Scream around the track in Chop may be to much when there is More Drag on Slick Water.
