Where do I find an engine for my Wicked Angel (.16)?
Somehow my engine blew (I see broken parts when I take off the pull-starter cover) and I have searched the web but can't find a replacement. Does anyone know where I can buy one, or if there is a different motor that would work?
I found the motor on MegaTech's websitehttp://megatech.com/product_detail_engines.php?ID=4901(Part Number: MTC 4901.16 High Performance Marine Engine)but they apparently don't sell it...

I'd drop in an OS .18 if it will fit. You will get more power and have an engine with available parts when all is said and done

That's the problem, Idon't know if something else will fit and don't want to buy something and it not work.

Det a aqucraft.18 and duratrack.18 both are the same engine,both parts fit each other. Thats whats in the second gen miss vegas .

You can get a .18 Go for around $60.00 shipped to your door. With a pull start. side or rear exhaust. Just another option. If you seen a Amax video his Go.18 is fast 48-50 mph You need to look back for his vids I haven't seen him posting lately.

Sorry for the ignorance, but where would I get the "Go" .18, and would it for sure fit the wicked angel?

Yes sure I'm sorry Your a newbie 3 posts We all started that way. You can send Mike or TOYOTATRUCKIN a PM or private message. I just got one in the mail FAST He may post in anytime as well. Do you know your flex coupler tread and Dia The Go crank is 12 mm That speed 48-50 is with mods to the engine. You can look at engine mods at the buy/sell section Voodoo mods. Just copy what you see. The car nitro section as well has some stuff to look at. A Dremel and some buffing wheels your doing your own. Practice on your old engine. Then move on.

Ive only got the rear exhaust engines, think amax may have the side exhaust engines but you would have to check with him on what hes got.
