Gut my BJ26 and build new?
Hello, I damaged the hull on my BJ26 Nitro and would like move everything from the BJ tosomethingdifferent. I was thinking of buying a mono hull and just moving everything over but I have never built a boat and was wondering if you think this is a good idea for someone that has never done it before. I am pretty handy but dont want this to take weeks to complete. Do you have any recommendations on a hull that has stringers, radio box etc. already fitted? My budget is around $200. I appreciate any ideas and thoughs.

Cheapest route would be build a wildthing mono and have the plans sized to fit your needs the boat runs very well and would do good on the BJ26 engine and some of the other parts would slide right on over from one to the other, may take a little longer than 2 weeks if youve never done it before but you may be glad you tried at the end of the build

a fiberglass hull like the deltaforce or Chinese copy found on ebay would be other good choices for the BJ26 power

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah - I am looking to mostly just move the parts over with little modification. Ilike the Delta Force hull and it looks like most parts will line right up! Thanks for your help
