Default Newbie help Vegas Deuce

Iam wanting to see what fuel would be best for the Miss Vegas Deuce? Being that Iam limited in hobby shops near me, can Irun Traxxas 33% fuel in the boat? Also, what glow plug can Irun? Will any work? Thank you for the help in advance...

also i am staying pretty stock right now..so wanna stay basic until Ilearn how the boat handles etc...but thanks again for the help!

NO, do not run Traxxas fuel in boats. Even Traxxas themselves do not advise using it in their Nitro-Vee.
AquaCraft Grimracer fuel is easily obtainable from hobby shops now as it's distributed by Great Planes and many shops buy their stock from them.
I'm partial to the McCoy MC-9's but that's me. I do have a card of O'Donnell's that I haven't tried yet but are supposedly better and cheaper than the McCoy's.

our lhs well wait let me rephrase this any hs within 1 to 1 1/2  hour away doesnt stock squat for boats. oh wait i did see a waterproof on off switch cover by pro boat at lantz's hobby in horseheads. that place is so lame i refuse to even walk in there any more so im forced to buy online.

You could run Omega airplane fuel. That has 17% oil, a castor/synthetic blend. I have been running this for a few years now, but I will be trying the Grimracer fuel next.

Check out the helicopter fuels as well. They normally have an 18-21% oil or oil/synthetic mix. I used it for a maiden run of my new boat last month with no problem

i just bought a jug of Sidewinder s Backyard basher fuel 20% nitro think 17% oil sofar im happy with it i run the Mccoy mc 59 and mc 9 plugs run the hotter plug more because of the cold water temps we have up here

That'll work! Most of the time only 2 oz. per gallon is neeed to up the oil content to an acceptable level.
