Don't lose those props! I think Mark Shouland recomended a 1657. I'll have to put an order in with Octura. I'll run stock props for now.

I bought a Novarossi .46 muffled pipe from Glenn. He only got one in his latest shipment, and I jumped on it quick, so I'm the first to get one in the U.S..

Looks good Neil!

Have you decided what fuel tank setup to run? Being that the tub height is only 1.5", Sullivan plastic tanks might be a challenge. Maybe two tanks side by side.

I'm putting the top on today. My driveline is in minus my engine mount. I may end up using the Zip mount. I'm not sure yet.
My gas rigger ,the engine need to come back ,as my fiberglass cover is longer then I thought. More holes in the tub !!!

I know you were saying that you don't have a good hardware store for screws and such. Have you tried one of these?

The Zippkits mount should work unless the 1/8" thick aluminum is too thin for the power of a .45?? Not sure.

Looks good. Is that a JAE 21 strut? I was thinking of doing the same.

No it's a Jim Marllli strut. I missed his last name. I cut the boom tube today and she looks like a rigger. Yes try it like that. I took that one from Martin I drilled the rear larger to accept the Heavy duty brass tube.
you will NOT find that can anywhere but here. My son works the weekend at the plant.
how about here for a field trip http://mysite.verizon.net/vzev8a6m/id2.html
2 weeks before Elmira SAW

Looks good Neil! You are way ahead of me. I'll need to step it up a notch when I get back from Florida.

We will need 16 oz. of fuel in a .45 rigger, correct?

Lake X is our closest SAW event. It would be a fun trip for sure. "Elmira SAW" ??

I have finished sealing some hulls. I used a sponge brush with Z-poxey. The finish came out great. You will need bright lights to help laying the epoxy down. Extra lighting helps in seeing the coat going down. Try it. and no more runs

Yes we do have a metal tank. He's on the IW site, Walt Barney. His wife is in the hospital so he's not doing any work at the moment. Manufacturing and distributors section. Also here http://www.metimeliverc.com/HobbySho...7/Default.aspx
