Thanks I did notice Walt is back posting. He makes em to your specification. My .21 zip tank, fits like a glove. Here I have my .21 tank inside my .45 tub. It's sits up a little high. But useable.

Yes, the .45 tub is quite short. My .45 JAE build has been on hold for a few weeks. Hope to get started again soon, but the new gas mono isn't helping....

I'm a little surprised many are building a twin .45 JAE as there is no good class for it if you want to be truly competitive....

My .45 is more for fun than racing. I may be out of may comfort range with that .45 rigger. If I smash it fast then I know.

I dropped my .45 build for awhile. So I can get my gas rigger done. It's real close to being done. When do you want to run Craig ? The driveway may be still muddy to drive on . That's another job a new drive way. It held up pretty good last year.

Any time you are ready let me know. Not sure if I will have anything ready for the weekend, but the weather is sure going to be nice. If you want to run something, let me know, I can throw you in and take video if I am not ready. Trying my hardest to get the gas mono done for Sunday, but it's not going to happen. I don't want to rush things. My nitro boats are still winterized and I still need to apply a couple coats of epoxy to my JAE 12.

First test on my JAE 45 today! Got a 1/2 gallon through my JAE 45 today! Ran straight as an arrow with no pull what so ever. The last 2 runs were leaned a little more and probably was running over 60 mph. Full length Speedmaster .45 rudder mounted on the left side. Zero left rudder correction. Zippkit .45 strut mounted straight but offset to the right by 1/8". 1/16" of toe-in on the right sponson. Prop is stock 1460, but I have others to try and need to lean out more. Pipe length is still long at 10.5". Pipe is a NR muffled pipe. Engine is a .46 NR with 180 degree header. Well that's my setup so far anyways....
