Default RE: Where to run nitro boats in SoCal??

I dont know of any lakes in that area other then Elsinore or Parris. I used to take my Nitro Vee to Legg Lake in El Monte. I dont anymore because I got into planes for a while. I'll be getting back into the boat when I move up to Bakersfield where there are a few local lakes around.

Just a word, the Nitro Vee doesnt like rough water so bring along your inflatable raft. I sunk mine a few times out there by hitting a small wakes and spinning out so a raft is always good. The boat wont sink right away as there is foam in the nose of the hull, but sinking it will usually put your boat out of commision for a while to you can dry things up.
