Default Help with ID or Info on this engine?

I saw this engine listed on eBay. It is listed as a "P Marine", around a .40 size.
I did a search but did not find anything at all on it. Thought maybe it was a Picco Marine but does not look the same.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

It is indeed a Picco-21 fitted with a K&B carb and Octura cable collet!

This may have been the one known as the P-5. If it is, it was a very good engine in its time and still not too bad today. If I'm right, the only downside was that the head bolts were exposed to the water in the cooling jacket so they'd rust.

Thanks Ron, Thanks coriolan. Ya'll are a wealth of knowledge. I, and many others, really appreciate the fact that you do take the time to share it and help us out...

And yes, there is a small #5 right next to the "P".

Thanks Again.
