Looks like it might be an Octura Tomcat

Is it wood or fiberglass? That would help limit the possibilities. Octura produced a fiberglass hull & a wood kit version of the tomcat.

The Tom's Cat was my first build many decades ago. That is not a Tom's Cat. Sorry, but don't think I've ever seen that boat in my years of building / running tunnels.
