Name the designer and builder of this vintage tunnel ?
Does any one know who built this boat was it available as a kit ?

The Tom's Cat was my first build many decades ago. That is not a Tom's Cat. Sorry, but don't think I've ever seen that boat in my years of building / running tunnels.
