Help! Os 21xm
I am rebuilding an old OS 21XM outboard. The engine doesn't have compression, and I am wanting to rebuild the top end. I have seen "power units" that bolt directly on the lower unit. I am having a tough time finding where to purchase one though. Any ideas?

If you can find a new piston/sleeve, buy that. Also get a V-Spec rod to replace the stock unit. Rebuild your current powerhead. That would be cheaper than buying the after-market powerheads. Guess it all depends on the size of your wallet.
