i thought OPS was not in production anymore. and its a 45 not 46.

Why is the ops 45 that sold in the UK got a blue head.

well i did think and was informed that OPS no longer existed but thats not correct . different coloured heads could indicate one is a hydro type engine as opposed to normal race spec engine. CMB do this or did this.

It could be a) how it's timed or b) made for low to no nitro. Nitro in Europe is very expensive.
