RE: New RTR hydro Miss Attitude
I've been wanting a hydro, and this may be a serious thing to look at for me. Looks good but the price is a little steep for me.

I like TLR but 800 for a .21 is insane. I would much rather get a gasser from WHH for that price... I dont care if it can do 60mph 840 shipped is just nuts

That hull is simler to the whiplash!! I'm not knocking on phill thomas his prices are steep too and his hulls you have to get all the pin holes out of them too. You can get a whiplash for 100 dollars/you put together,O.S .21 turbo motor 319 dollars radio eqipment about 100 dollars drive line set up 120 dollars.Paint for me 1 color cost 19 dollars.

RE: New RTR hydro Miss Attitude
thanks Miss Hydro, thats the point I meant to get across, the newbie builder who is limited on funds\knowledge can now only aspire to run with the "big boyz",And in no way did I mean any offense to TLR,or RCMPBA,I guess it just goes to show other manufacturer's to get on the bandwagon with sumthin aggressive or always look to be in 2nd (last) place....[:-]

RE: New RTR hydro Miss Attitude
good idea, this would be their "cash cow" so to speak to cover all hydro classes from stock to unlimited, with just a quik n simplifed way to change engines....KACHIING !!!!...1 boat, same top notch hardware....interchangeable engine maybe mounted in a tub of some sort with quik release mounts, finish racing in one class....5 minutes later your racing in another..........KACHIING !!!.......and it would still qualify as a RTR...........KACHIING !!!.... OH,sorry guyz, my patent is pending on that idea..............[:'(]

I would be interested in the hull depends on the prices,But theres some mods I would do on the hull to make it cooler!! Hay I'm a girl who like things different and wild looking!!And if I'd race it you would know thats me!!! But I still say that looks like the whiplash hull but different cowling on it.[>:]

I still say it looks more to the whiplash, that front nose give it way,it has the sponson like the one you'd posted. There are some hulls under 200 dollars. All I'm saying you might as well spend 300-400 dollars more and get a gas boat.Has for the.18 version,You would be better off buying a Miss vegas.it's less money!! Some of US DONT HAVE FAT WALETS LIKE YOU GUYS HAVE! I do my boats on a buget build!Like the stock vegas header I'd mod that up and it only cost me 8 dollars for the tig weld job!Plus I get good advice from three people,Ron,Chuck and hydrojunkie! These are three guys I'd trust on.

RE: New RTR hydro Miss Attitude
Isn't a twisted engine a modded engine? Does this boat have a twisted engine? What radio does this boat have? If the engine is a complete stock engine that isn't a top of the line OS, then yes it is a RTR class boat. But there is no RTR .21's only .15 - .18 & .32 as far as I know (if I am wrong please correct me). The custom boats that can be ordered RTR should not be considered RTR boats that race with a off the shelf RTR boat, unless the off the shelf RTR is modded. I wish TLR the best of luck, but they wont get business from me or anyone I personally know (for some reason something is fishy).
Good Luck

I'm not trying to knock on the boat,But some of use dont have that wad of cash like that to spend on something like that.if I'd had that kind of cash,I would build my dream hydro boat!
