I have a AMP's Mercury outboard with the OS .65 in good shape with display stand and trim. Could someone give me an idea of what it is worth?

Hey Yall,
I am new to this forum but I have a friend that has a AMPS Skeeter with a OS 46 in pretty good condition. We were kinda wandering what it would be worth.

Hey there, All.
Trey from Misery (MO). Any body have any additional info on the AMPS Zenoah-powered F1 stuff? I just recently got hooked and want to start learning...
I have seen some Build Sheets/Explodes Views of some of the other Nitro Outboards and wonder if there is one for this?
I saw a post regarding two names of guys that used to be invovled int he AMPS Hobby stuff a great deal in Fort Collins did anyone ever make contact? I hate to bombard them with phone calls...
Thanks...you all have some wonderful stuff. Mr. Agnew was ahead of his time.

RE: AMPS hulls & outboards pics & tips international hobbies
Hi guys
My name is Bob Agnew and I am the person that started AMPS some 40 years ago. My father and I started designing props and parts for models to fund our hobby.
It was the classic case of a hobby that got out of control except that it was reversed in that the dad joined the son in the business. Its a long story that I will not bore you all with, but eventually after I had left the business to start another company my father and brother who kept on with the company eventually went into partnership with an american by the name of Rick van Vleet. They moved the business to Fort Collins, Co. That worked for a few years but in the end there just was not the market for what were quite expensive items.
Unfortunately my Dad who is now 86 is suffereing from dementia so he is not aware of the great things that you are saying about the products a number of which were down to his engineering.
I came across the forum this afternoon and spent a very enjoyable few hours reading about what you guys are doing with the products. I also read a number of chats where people are asking for details of parts etc. As you may or may not know the company when it was in England also made the very first RC car with full suspension. It won the world championships 3 years running.
The reason I mention this was that the car , called the "Rapier", used the same gear systems and some of the same parts as the marine units. Many of these were further developed to increase life etc so if I can be of assistnace please let me know.
Some 8 or 9 years ago my dad having retired and stopped making the units a few years earlier sold the master patterns and tooling to a chap in California called Tony Rogillo. He kept in contact for a short while but then seemed to dissapear off the map. He bought the items because he said he was planning to start up production of some of the items. I do not think that he managed it however as I have not seen any reference to the products.
Any way I thought I would stick my head up above the parapit in case I can be of any assistance.
Kind Regards
Bob Agnew, United Kingdom.

Here are some my boats. That was the white Budlight tunnels first and only run. I had decals made for it. I see someone else has posted some pictures of my toys. I guess I'm famous. ha ha ha
