Cool, boy am I glad to see this. I'm from Watertown, NY(north Country) and I work in Syracuse. I've hoping to find some sort of club like this. I am new to boats, but I have a Vegas Deuce that I wouldn't mind trying to race. It sucks going around in circles alone.

Pilot_Guy, Yes I have been looking for a few boaters. I have 2 places I like to go too. The first is a private lake, owned by a real estate developer. There was a club years ago. They used to meet there . He let's me use it, now. Do a Google search, 7050 Cedar Bay Rd Fayetteville, NY 13066 If your in Syracuse, can meet up after your work, I am semi retired. The second is Gilly Lake, Warners, NY My son keeps his boat in Big Bay marina, Oneida Lake. I have been running 3 @ the moment, the Nova Rossi .12 Zippkit Rigger Nova Rossi.21 Zippkit Rigger & a Dumas Deep V OPS .21 Started to get a 30 " fiberglass V .12 Go, back from moth balls Another 6 hulls in dry dock

That is where I lost the brakes on my truck at the Burger King on the corner up from the elementary school. We also put the roof on that school.

So yes, I get back to work in two weeks so I'll be hittin the grind again... We'll have to make arrangements to meet up.

Also, I've been playing around with electric helis lol.. Just getting into CCPM single rotor.... So the Vegas has been mothballed for a good while now since I have been doing that. I should say it has become a quite impressive mantel piece

What a cool boat though.
