John Otto of Technology Fuels will mix up just about anything that you want. I don't really know how to get hold of him except for the IMPBA site. Rumor is that Ritches Brew in Texas will mix you up what you want.
I'm sitting on 2 gallons of 65% but it isn't going anywhere quite yet. Once you get up over 50% there isn't that much of a speed advantage unless you're going for a SAW record when you're trying to eke out every 1/10 MPH. Between 45 and 65% you might see a gain of 2-3 MPH. The higher the nitro, the more sensitive your needle can be when it gets hot and humid.
