My pics are gettin' thin, but we'll try and start with some, first pic is the last TT o/b I did up (aircooled). The header on the left is the one you want to get. Old school pic, the way I did them years ago,, and the possibilities with the TT geared lower. Theres other stuff thats a "must" too.

First pic is a couple well used parts to show the relief grind that made to clear the header cup. I use a table spool sander for that job and go until I reveal half the lower locator pin.

Second is a good shot of the way I do it now.

And the Third is a real bad boy, its a TT21BX-R EVO case long stroke buggy engine. Fair amount of work to do on this unit,, I use a Mac o/b head button trimmed on the lathe to fit the TT sleeve. I used the Mac o/b water jacket too but theres never any water used thru it. Its my "cool with fuel" method while runnin 65% fuel,, I call that model "Beetle Bomb" (BB). It is a serious motor for heat racing, it can match speed with the best 21 o/b's I have. The sleeve in this engine looks just like the pre 2000 Nova sleeve that everyone was using on o/b's. It is light years ahead of the sleeve that's in the original TT o/b with slightly better timing but they still
have to be brought up with sleeve shims to make things right.

I use and modify the XM's O.S.20J carb on almost every 21 o/b I run,, they're That Good.

I never liked the K&B 3.5 outboard,, but I did like the 7.5 and the 11cc o/b units,, I could make them run pretty well.

Parts for the TT o/b? ,,, uhhh, I'm not really sure,, I would contact Ace Hobby Distributors,, they could tell you what the availability are of parts.
I had a cabinet full of new o/b's and parts at one time, but now down to 2 NIB o/b's and just a small box of NIP parts. Piston& sleeve,
maybe one set, one rod, some wrist pins and clips,, and various attachment parts. Have several parts for the Long Stroke BX-R Evo
buggy engine and a couple of each NIB pull start buggy (for o/b's) and the non-pullstart for I/B use.
