    K&B 3.5 Outboard - piston/sleeve?

I've got an older K&B 3.5 outboard with a scored piston/sleeve due to a bearing explosion. Anybody know where I might pickup a new (or even used with good compression) piston/sleeve? Mecoa.com has them for $70, and I'd like to know if there are any cheaper options?

    RE: K&B 3.5 Outboard - piston/sleeve?

i have quite a few new & excellent used piston & sleeves. $60 for new, $50 for used, usps priority shipping included. i will need some info to supply the correct one. is the lip at the top of the sleeve round, or does it have cutouts to fit around the head bolts? are the ex. ports straight across the top, or do the have a small raised cutout near the center divider? or is the ex. port one hole, with no center divider? if so, all i have for them is used. stock ex. out the lower or tuned pipe? if your sleeve has the top lip with the cutouts for the head bolts, it is a VERY old motor, & that sleeve is discontinued. i have both new & used of them, but will be $10 higher, due to rarity/lack of availability. lmk......
