Mean Machine 18 upgrade
 

I picked up a new Mean Machine 18. Pulled the motor and vacuum formed mount. I have a new (old model) OS Max 21 SE-M #12140. I was thinking it would make a fun conversion. I will reinforce the floor and will need a mount I can modify. The motor has a flywheel with coupler for dog bone. I will need a flywheel with a collet for standard shaft. Also will need a manifold (90 deg) for the OS.
Anybody know a good source for Nitro boat parts? I also have a VS-1 with a K&B outboard that I fool around with.

I would have said MACS Muffler except they are now out of business and the remaining stock was quickly bought up by MECOA, meaning that stock will be sold off and nothing else will ever happen with them

I modified a Mean Machine with an OS 21, home built header, tuned pipe, wood stringers and 3/8" flex shaft about 8 years ago. I don't remember the brand of pipe. Runs really well and is still https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...48fd99af52.jpg
