Tom! I don't think Barbie had any injuries up there! All the damage looked to be on her 'rear'! I think you are just looking down Barbies 'top' in this pic!! Good luck getting her seaworthy again. Roger C.

So I was glassing in the stuffing box on my Zippkit 45 rigger and wouldn't you know I epoxied the exit tube shut. [:@] Thought I had taped it good enough but the MAS epoxy made it's way in.... [:o] Oh well need to drill, sand the epoxy out now.

Update on Barbie - she misses Joe, but is resting comfortably in W. Henrietta with her 2nd cousin the gas rigger. She has had to take a back seat to the JAE twin, but is expected to be back to Stony Pond in August. Here'sphoto of the twin in prime - will be sealed tomorrow, and painted next week. C&T

Spending the night at a Super Walmart in Elkhart, IN. But nothing super about no beer for sale on Sundays, all day!! [X(] I'm stuck drinking a wine cooler.... Oh well, but it's more American than NY. Cheaper gas, no can deposits, and 11 rounds in the mag! [8D] Plus, a church group is selling fireworks in the Walmart parking lot to raise money. :D

Roger showed with a Whip and his T-boat . Bruce ran his rebuilt drive-line gas cat. Both guys ran well. T&C have given up on the GO .21 he's getting a new engine. A wise choice. Never heard anyone brag about a Go engine. I hope you order a new battery for that gas rigger the one inside today is just not used on a gas rigger. Rick ran his T-Boat to a nice looking setup. I finally dropped down a prop size and got a full tank in my JAE .21 never got on pipe as the pipe I had on didn't work in that setup. [&o]

RE: Central NEW YORK boaters

I like Craig's update from mid-America!!That Walmart!! The new melting pot of the country!! I had a great time at Stony Pond. Thanks to everyone who helped throw my stuff in and fish it out!! The T-boat's 'no left rudder' that was experienced at the May race was solved. I had installed the radio box between two wooden pegs in the right stringer. When I hit Rob's cowl, the shock on the rudder snapped the rear peg. On the bench, with no torque on the rudder, the rudder deflection looked normal. When the rudder was in the water and 'left' was applied, the box slid back and the rudder stayed straight. I installed a metal bracket to hold the box and now it steers to the left just fine.

Roger,You Whip looks fast and stable. Good job. My Whip is starting to tire. Have to finish the Backlash but prefer Whips over them.Bill
