Hey Terry,

That's a sharp looking Poke you got there.

I have the plans for an 80" Pietenpol which I will be building in the near future although
I think I may do the wing as a semi symetrical airfoil for better aerobatics.
Gotta love those slow fliers!

                                                 Happy flying, Oscar

Sweet looking plane.  I'm not familiar with it, but it looks like it is a lot of fun to fly.  Hmmm, I may have to investigate further..........

Tower Hobbies sells the kit. www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p

GP makes it: www.greatplanes.com/airplanes/gpma0493.html

I am building one myself. I have altered it to electric power. Here are a few pictures:

Hi guy, I have a magnum 52 4 stroke on it.. I am working on the 5th gallon of fuel on this plane and the motor was great... I do adjust the valves every year and add after run oil to it when it sits..... Good combo for this plane. The sound is right!

We have two of them going in our area (being built) with a third one being considered, They are sure good fliers and sooo pretty comming in for a landing..
They kinda fit the 4 stroke nitch...You wont be sorry.. I'm afraid GP will drop this like the Slow poke so I have kept the plans for next time....trace your ribs and Post your building and we'll keep a watch....

I like it! You gotta get a white scarf for the pilot, though

I have a Saito .62 just waiting to be released from captivity, now you've got me thinking about this kit.
