hobby lobby
Can someone offer some tips working with hobby lobby, I have a motor I got from them and after 20 or so flights it fryed and burnt up my esc. E-flite replaces it in 2 weeks but hobby lobby has had my motor for several weeks and wil not return e-mail or pick up the phone. this was a $90 motor and at least they could is e-mail me. I feel like I am dealing with hobby partz.

Agreed! It seems like most all of these on-line dealers drop the ball BIG TIME when it comes to customer relations. If they're smart enough to get into business, you would think they'd be smart enough to take care of their customers !! I try to buy local or at the VERY least here in the US. I know even when I buy most of my stuff in the US it still comes from China. But at least, it's giving our American businessmen a cut !! Good luck

Hobby Lobby isn't in the States ???? Gosh I wonder why they are building a new store in Fla. and have a big place in Tenn. and a few other State side stores. ENJOY !!! RED

RE: hobby lobby
Please don't confuse Hobby Lobby with Hobby Lobby.......LOL One is a chain of craft stores and the other is an R/C hobby retailer based in Brentwood TN. There is only one retail store associated with the R/C store, and it is based in TN.

After ''20 or so'' flights you''ll be lucky if they do anything !!!

At this point I just write them off and make sure I use a Watt meter next time.
