Default Lanier Shrike plans

My son and I are interested in building the 1/2A , 15 , and 40 size Shrike, but have not had any luck finding plans. I have seen the 40 size plans and templates on Ebay, but have been unable to find the other two. Does anyone know where to get them?
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Guys, I was in your place several months ago, I also wanted to build a Shrike 40 but had no plans. Then I found "Mustang Fever" (see link below).
He was kind enough to mail a copy of the plans to me for a small fee.

Then, in that same thread are results of my build and early flights. WHAT A BLAST!!! If you have trouble getting a set of plans let me know.

I had the build plans for the Shrike and I let a friend at our RC field use them.
He wanted to make copies of it for the people at the field and use them for combat planes.
That was 2 years ago and I never got them back.

Hi rescue911j1, is the guy still a member of your club? Talk to him about it.

If that doesn't work out...let me know.

I learned how that works many years ago. Still waiting too.

Now, if anyone wants anything for copying, there's only one way it works. I have the original, pay me for the copy and then I'll provide it. Period. My way or the highway. Have not lost anything since.

WOW !! What a good set uf plans... Thanks Jim!! I did scratch-build this plane almost two years ago and loved flying it. Mine was (yes...was) powered by a "Just Engines"
( http://www.justengines.co.uk/acatalo...e_Engines.html ) 57 size engine and she was FAST!
I lost it this last summer because of a radio-reception problem. At about 100mph, I all-at-once had no control, and she went through a tree and then into the ground. God willing, I'll build another. The engine is still good!!

It is downloadable on reply # 9 here. For scaling, make it a 43" span. Welcome to the forum.
